Evacuate immediately. Leave belongings. Help others if possible. Do not stop to gather others if it puts you at risk. Call 911 when safe.

Lock and barricade the door. Turn off lights. Silence phones. Stay away from doors and windows. Do not open for anyone — LE will use a pre-established all-clear code.
